Who does the installation work?
The physical install is done by Johnson Plumbing, our plumbing partner. Mac Waste handles the septic side of things, including pump-outs and ongoing maintenance once the system is in.
How long does an install take?
It depends on the site and the system, and on the permit timeline in your council area. We give you a realistic timeframe once the site evaluation is done.
Do you handle the council paperwork?
Yes. We handle the permits and approvals and work with the regulator so the paperwork does not stall the job.
What happens after the system is in?
A septic system needs regular pumping to keep working. We schedule pump-outs and can pick up any issues early, before they turn into expensive repairs.
