Common questions
How does non-destructive digging work?
High-pressure water or air breaks up the soil, and the loosened material is vacuumed into a debris tank for disposal. That lets us expose pipes, cables and conduits without the strike risk of a machine bucket.
When is NDD the right choice over a machine?
Any time you need to expose a live service, dig near sensitive infrastructure or work in a spot where a machine strike would be expensive or dangerous. Utility contractors use it as the default around known services.
What sort of jobs do you do NDD on?
Utility locates, service exposure, pit installs, potholing before civil works, drainage investigations and other work where accuracy matters more than speed.
Do you dispose of the spoil?
Yes. The debris tank is emptied at a licensed facility, so you do not have to arrange spoil removal separately.
